In the bustling city of Pune, where ancient history meets modern ambition, the AWTIS 2026 Technology and Innovation Conference came to a close, marking a pivotal moment for India's technological future. Organised by the Aryans Group of Companies, this three-day event was the first leg of a four-phase journey across India, aimed at propelling the nation towards technological self-sufficiency.
Union Minister Satish Chandra Dubey, addressing a hall teeming with eager minds, urged the youth to become the torchbearers of innovation. 'For Atmanirbhar Bharat, we need the creativity and energy of our young innovators,' he proclaimed, highlighting the critical areas of green energy, biofuels, and hydrogen as the cornerstones of India's future energy strategy.
The conference, teeming with industry leaders and technology enthusiasts, showcased a variety of innovations, from cutting-edge digital platforms to sustainable energy solutions. The emphasis was clear: technology must not only advance but do so in harmony with the environment. This sentiment was echoed by numerous speakers who called for a balanced approach to tech development that prioritises ecological sustainability.
Among the key features of the conference was the AWTISDIGITAL SHOWCASE, a platform that allowed innovators to present their breakthroughs in digital technology. This was not merely an exhibition but a testament to India’s burgeoning capability in the tech sector, drawing interest from both domestic and international investors.
As the curtains drew on the Pune segment of AWTIS 2026, the message was unequivocal. India is poised to transform its technological landscape, driven by a vision of sustainability and self-reliance.
