Amongst the visiting dignitaries is Kotaro Nagasaki, the Governor of Yamanashi, who brings with him a delegation eager to explore the potential for collaboration. The stakes are high, with Uttar Pradesh pitching projects worth Rs 3,191 crore, promising the creation of over 10,000 jobs.
