Union Minister for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, and New and Renewable Energy, Pralhad Joshi, presided over the inauguration, signalling a new era of precision in timekeeping. The White Rabbit technology, originally developed by CERN, is renowned for its ability to distribute time signals with extraordinary accuracy, down to the nanosecond.
This demonstration network is a cornerstone of the 'One Nation, One Time' initiative, a policy aimed at ensuring that everyone in India is on the same clock.
