High up in the serene yet rugged terrains of Kargil, the Government Degree College recently wrapped up its much-anticipated Intramural Sports Tournament after a week of spirited competition. The event, which had seen a delay due to the early onset of winter, finally concluded with the men's and women's volleyball finals, marking a climax to the sporting festivity.
